【摘要】:Theprincipleconsistsinseparationofthefluorinefromatestportionbydistillationwithsulphuricacidorperchloricacid.Titrationwiththoriumnitratesolutionusingsodiumalizarinsuphonateandmethyleneblueasindicators.Alternativelythethoriumnitratetitrationmaybecarriedoutusingsodiumalizarinsuphonatealoneasindicator,theend-pointbeingdeterminedspectrophotometricallyundercarefullydefinedconditions.Theabsorbanceatawavelengthof525nmshallreachthearbitraryvalueof0.6.HasalsobeenapprovedbytheIUPAC.
