【摘要】:Thethermalconductivityofrefractorybrickisapropertyrequiredforselectingtheirthermaltransmissioncharacteristics.Usersselectrefractorybricktoprovidespecifiedconditionsofheatlossandcoldfacetemperature,withoutexceedingthetemperaturelimitationofthebrick.Thistestmethodestablishesplacementofthermocouplesandpositioningoftestspecimensinthecalorimeter.ThisproceduremustbeusedwithTestMethodC201andrequiresalargethermalgradientandsteadystateconditions.Theresultsarebaseduponameantemperature.Thedatafromthistestmethodaresuitableforspecificationacceptance,estimatingheatlossandsurfacetemperature,anddesignofmulti-layerrefractoryconstruction.Theuseofthesedatarequiresconsiderationoftheactualapplicationenvironmentandconditions.1.1ThistestmethodsupplementsTestMethodC201andshallbeusedinconjunctionwiththattestmethodtodeterminethethermalconductivityofrefractorybrickwiththeexceptionofinsulatingfirebrick(useTestMethodC182),andcarbonrefractories.Thistestmethodisdesignedforrefractorieshavingaconductivityfactorofnotmorethan200Btux00B7;in./hx00B7;ft2x00B7;x00B0;F(28.8W/mx00B7;K).1.2Units8212;Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.2.1Exception8212;CertainflowandweightmeasurementsareexpressedinSIunitsonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
