【摘要】:ThisPartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundaluminiumwindingwiresofclass200withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamide-imideresin.Class200isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof200andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast220°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–Grade1:0,400mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;–Grade2:0,400mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-3.
