【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofbatteriesandcombinationsandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasbatteriesandcombinationsincategories2and3accordingtoEN14035-2.Itisapplicabletocategory2batteriesandcombinationscontainingelements,eachcorrespondingtoatypeoffireworklistedinEN14035-2andwhichconformtotherelevantrequirementsofcategories1and2.Itisapplicabletocategory3batteriesandcombinationscontainingelements,eachcorrespondingtoatypeoffireworklistedinEN14035-2andwhichconformtotherelevantrequirementsofcategories1,2and3.Itisnotapplicabletobangerbatteriesandflashbangerbatteries,whicharespecifiedinEN14035-4andEN14035-12respectively.NOTE1Theelements(typesoffirework)thatcanbeincludedinabatteryorcombinationarespecifiedinClause4.Itisnotapplicabletobatteriesandcombinationscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTE2InEN14035-2,batteriesandcombinationsareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:—battery:assemblyincludingseveralelements,eachofthesametypeandcorrespondingtooneofthetypesoffireworklistedinEN14035-2,withonepointofignition;—combination:assemblyincludingseveralelements,notallofthesametype,eachcorrespondingtooneofthetypesoffireworklistedinEN14035-2,withonepointofignition;—principaleffects:asfortheindividualelements.SchemesfortypetestingofbatteriesandcombinationsandbatchtestingofbatteriesandcombinationsarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
